Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your package ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

  • We ship from Ohio using trusted carriers like USPS.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
    • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Flat-Rate & Tiered Shipping

  • Orders under $15: $4.95 shipping
  • $15–$29.99: $6.95 shipping
  • $30 or more: FREE shipping (U.S. only)

This flat-rate shipping policy makes it easy to bundle your favorite artisan soaps and save on delivery!

International Shipping

  • We currently offer international shipping to select countries.
  • Rates and delivery times vary. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes upon arrival.

Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
  • Track your shipment anytime through the carrier or your SoapyFluffs account.

Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address information.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We’ll gladly assist with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Holiday & Weather Delays

  • We make every effort to ship quickly, but external delays (weather, holidays, postal disruptions) may affect delivery times.

At SoapyFluffs, we pour our heart (and a lot of grass-fed tallow!) into every batch of fluffy suds we create. Because our products are handcrafted, small-batch, and personal care items, we do not accept returns. Once a bar of soap leaves our studio in Hamilton, Ohio, it’s yours for keeps!

However, your happiness is our #1 priority. If your order didn't make you want to do a "happy dance" in the shower, we want to make it right.

🫧 The "Fluffy" Details:

  • Damaged or Wrong Items: If your order arrived looking less than fluffy (damaged in transit) or we sent the wrong scent, let us know within 7 days of delivery.
  • Not 100% Satisfied? If you’re not thrilled with your purchase, reach out to us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to find a solution—whether that’s a replacement bar, a different scent to try, or a shop credit.
  • Exceptions: Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
